This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and enhance Addi's integrated financial engine, providing a forward-looking perspective on capital, liquidity, and earnings essential for high-stakes decision-making.
• Boost the number of Active Sellers by over 150% and double the Published base while diversifying the strategic-category mix and decreasing reliance on the top-25 sellers.
• Enhance pricing and quality for high-impact listings to effectively compete against Mercado Libre and Falabella.
• Decrease merchant-related order issues by 30% across more than 80,000 monthly orders.
• Oversee the commercial calendar during peak demand periods.
• Transform programs like Fulfilled by Addi into direct revenue streams.
• Create self-service tools for merchants.
• Enhance brand visibility and category productivity to bridge the marketplace selection gap.
• Establish governance around selection, decision-making processes, and commercial ownership for initiatives.
• Develop strategies for category prioritization, brand tiering, and hunt-and-farm plans.
• Lead acquisition, account management, operations, Merchant Success, and cross-functional teams.
• Implement seller scoring, policy enforcement, pricing strategies, and quality measurement systems.
• Take ownership of supply-side financial performance, profitability, and marketplace unit economics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on the Seller Portal, catalog infrastructure, and LLM-based enrichment initiatives.
• Execute complex projects such as Catalog Build and Pricing Restructure with an agile, action-oriented mindset.
• Scale and enhance Merchant Success and Acquisition teams through established standards, playbooks, KPIs, training, and coaching.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered around autonomy and ownership.
• Proven experience operating a marketplace selection function guided by an explicit cause-to-effect model.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage decision-grade governance processes focused on inputs and actions.
• Experience in pricing acquisition based on merchant maturity value and mix, while managing concentration as a health metric.
• Skilled in developing data-driven methods for category prioritization and brand tiering.
• Capability to analyze category productivity using GMV per seller and listings per seller.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership position responsible for the full supply side of a major e-commerce, B2B marketplace, or fast-growing fintech platform.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and professionalizing multidisciplinary teams in acquisition, account management, and operations.
• Experience in scaling a merchant or partner base from a similar size of over 1,600 sellers to significantly higher volumes without compromising quality and trust metrics.
• Experience in implementing data-driven seller scoring or policy enforcement initiatives.
• Proficient in designing and executing advanced pricing and policy mechanisms.
• Experience in translating a supply base into a commercial asset and monetizing merchant go-to-market strategies.
• Financial accountability for supply-side performance and profitability.
• Expert knowledge of Quality, Pricing, and Repurchase Rate data for root-cause analysis and prioritization.
• Experience in establishing and governing measurement systems, such as the Product Bible.
• Ability to hold teams accountable for quantitative quality metrics.
• Strong platform-centric product thinking and the ability to translate merchant needs into actionable product roadmaps.
• Understanding of catalog infrastructure and LLM-based enrichment.
• Experience in mobilizing cross-functional Acquisition, Success, and Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize agilely and manage competing priorities across 7 or more key initiatives.
• Experience in scaling and enhancing Merchant Success and Acquisition teams through established standards, playbooks, KPIs, training, and coaching.
