Head of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the marketing function, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Propel revenue growth through demand generation and the inbound pipeline.

• Evaluate current marketing assets, prioritize the most significant revenue opportunities, and explore new directions.

• Create and implement demand generation strategies across content, email, social media, and paid LinkedIn campaigns.

• Oversee and enhance the newsletter, podcast, blog, YouTube channel, G2 programs, event sponsorships, and engagement within the partnership community.

• Manage website content and landing pages.

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop core messaging and positioning.

• Monitor marketing metrics related to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue.

• Work closely with a product marketer responsible for product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.

• Build and expand marketing channels and programs through experimentation and data-driven decisions.

• Lead or mentor marketing team members as the function expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing function.

• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and achieving measurable revenue impact.

• Comfortable with owning revenue targets and being accountable for their achievement.

• Experience in or familiarity with partner marketing or partnerships-driven growth.

• Resourceful and execution-focused; capable of establishing channels from scratch.

• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment regarding marketing investments.

• Outstanding writing abilities, with the capability to transform complex product features into engaging narratives.

• Senior-level experience sufficient to manage a team, while also willing to engage in hands-on execution.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing examples of content created and programs developed or scaled.

• Familiarity with PRM, CRM, or partner-led growth platforms is a plus.

• Experience with HubSpot for marketing operations is advantageous.

• Previous experience managing or mentoring junior marketing team members is a plus.

• Must be able to accommodate US East Coast working hours.
