Head of Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, secure, and expand the complete multi-cloud infrastructure stack.

• Establish technical standards as a hands-on Director-level contributor.

• Design and maintain production infrastructure within regulated environments.

• Execute Infrastructure as Code and implement observability/incident response systems.

• Offer technical guidance to backend engineers developing infrastructure-related systems.

• Conduct proactive audits of products and independently identify critical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building and maintaining production infrastructure within regulated settings (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar).

• Extensive production knowledge of Kubernetes and multi-cloud architectures, particularly AWS and GCP.

• Demonstrated success in implementing Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform.

• Familiarity with observability and incident response systems.

• Recent or current experience as an Individual Contributor rather than solely in a managerial role.

• Graduate-level education—specialization or MBA preferred.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Skills include: Data infrastructure and network infrastructure.
