Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the pipeline goals in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership, and develop a robust growth strategy to achieve them.

• Oversee the paid strategy, budget allocation, channel mix, and creative testing across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other emerging avenues.

• Manage conversion efforts for Postscript.io, including testing and the development of new user experiences.

• Administer distribution channels including email, SMS, community engagement, partnerships, and experiential marketing.

• Innovate, create, and launch AI-driven marketing experiences and products.

• Set up a rapid experimentation process with precise measurement techniques.

• Lead and expand a team focusing on growth, lifecycle marketing, creative initiatives, and experiential efforts.

• Revamp team workflows by integrating AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading teams in marketing, growth, or engineering, or as an entrepreneur.

• Extensive experience in performance marketing and managing paid media at scale.

• Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of attribution and incrementality analysis.

• Daily engagement with AI tools and experience in building and deploying them.

• Proven history of conducting high-velocity experiments that positively impacted pipeline or revenue.

• A proactive approach with a builder's mindset.

• Strong creative instincts for growth.

• A technical, engineering, or entrepreneurial background (preferred).

• Experience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or marketing technology (preferred).

• Familiarity with GTM engineering tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or proprietary tools (preferred).

• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred).
