
Head of FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop, organize, and expand the global FP&A function from the ground up.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 direct reports.
• Oversee Financial Business Partnership, Revenue FP&A, and Corporate FP&A initiatives.
• Manage complex forecasting models and enterprise-level financial strategies.
• Provide the Executive Team with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Direct the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Design and implement advanced BI tools and financial systems.
• Lead Finance’s role in acquisitions, including financial due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics while driving variance analysis.
• Oversee financial presentations for the board and executive reporting packages.
• Report directly to the VP of Finance and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least 10 years in a significant senior leadership role within a complex, global environment.
• 3–5 years of experience at the Senior Director level.
• Proven track record in building, structuring, or reorganizing high-performing finance teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, three-statement analysis, strategic valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex global structures.
• Proficient in financial systems and ERP platforms, including Sage or similar systems.
• High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
• Capability to work collaboratively with IT developers and technical teams to design and implement scalable financial systems and automated analytical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, engage stakeholders, and promote team performance and accountability.
• Availability to work during US EST business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility.
• Advanced credentials such as an MBA or CFA are strongly preferred.
