Head of Financial Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the financial planning function of the company, aligning corporate strategy, budget, and financial performance.

• Design and implement pricing strategies.

• Coordinate strategic planning and oversee management control.

• Prepare reports for investors and address their concerns promptly.

• Collaborate across all business areas to construct the budget.

• Drive the pricing strategy for products and services, assessing financial and market impacts.

• Support decision-making through ad hoc financial and profitability analysis.

• Develop financial models for new business opportunities and strategic projects.

• Monitor budget compliance and propose corrective actions for deviations.

• Prepare periodic executive reports for senior management, including adjusted financial statements.

• Coordinate capital structure analysis with Treasury and Accounting.

• Oversee tax planning analysis and evaluate its impact on P&L projections and cash flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Postgraduate qualification, MBA.

• 7 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, and/or strategy, including 3 years in leadership positions.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Knowledge in financial modeling and profitability analysis.

• High level of English proficiency.

• Expertise in Unit Economics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Contribution Margin).

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (highly desirable).
