Head of Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to formulate and implement long-term strategic plans, which encompass growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling.

• Convert business plans into cohesive financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs suitable for multi-location and seasonal operations.

• Direct enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessments.

• Conduct scenario analysis and ROI modeling for new facility launches, decisions regarding programs and pricing, marketing expenditures, customer acquisition strategies, and staffing and capacity planning.

• Supervise accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across various entities.

• Ensure adherence to financial and operational compliance standards.

• Execute cost management and margin enhancement initiatives to boost profitability.

• Create dashboards and performance reports that connect operational KPIs to financial results.

• Manage relationships with external investors.

• Secure and oversee financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.

• Supervise treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, optimization of working capital, debt restructuring, and foreign exchange strategy.

• Develop scalable financial systems and processes.

• Enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insights through automation and streamlined workflows.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Clearly communicate complex financial insights to non-financial leaders.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance profitability, scale operations, and support intricate growth initiatives, including M&A, capital projects, and international operations.

• Strategic finance leadership experience in a multi-entity organization.

• Proven experience in developing integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

• Expertise in enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities.

• Familiarity with financial and operational compliance.

• Experience in cost management and margin improvement.

• Proficient in developing dashboards and performance reporting tools.

• Experience in managing relationships with external investors.

• Proven track record in securing and managing financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.

• Treasury expertise, encompassing cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and foreign exchange strategy.

• Capability to construct scalable financial systems and processes.

• Background in automation and streamlined workflows.

• Ability to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Skill in clearly communicating complex financial insights to non-financial leaders.
