• Oversee the engineering department while promoting purposeful collaboration throughout the company.

• Take responsibility for the systems and guidelines that facilitate rapid and assured shipping.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency, refine workflows, and propose innovative solutions.

• Stay engaged with the work by delving into the code and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all workstreams.

• Establish significant metrics and objectives that foster productivity and measurable outcomes.

• Ensure consistency through regular 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through critical decisions and new opportunities.
