This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more states.
• Create, implement, and manage a scalable commissioning and reliability playbook for intricate, multi-technology clean energy facilities.
• Establish standardized commissioning frameworks, turnover protocols, and reliability architectures throughout the organization.
• Develop, select, and implement the enterprise commissioning management system for current and future projects.
• Set up inspection, testing, and documentation frameworks, factory acceptance test standards, and turnover package protocols.
• Draft contractor commissioning exhibit standards for EPC agreements and vendor scopes of work.
• Formulate the enterprise reliability strategy utilizing Reliability-Centered Maintenance and root-cause analysis methodologies.
• Lead the selection and deployment of the enterprise CMMS, integrating telemetry, SCADA, and asset management software solutions.
• Employ reliability software to model asset lifecycles, address single points of failure, and enhance availability.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a commissioning and reliability organization.
• Act as the technical authority during high-voltage energization and the commissioning of islanded microgrids.
• Oversee OEM interface protocols and operator qualification programs.
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Operations teams to transition projects into sustainable commercial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience executing complex commissioning and reliability programs for high-voltage infrastructure, utility-scale power assets, or critical industrial facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing an enterprise-wide commissioning playbook and contractor standards from inception.
• Strong technical expertise in high-voltage systems, SCADA, plant controls, and reliability software such as Isograph, ReliaSoft, or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance, enterprise CMMS implementations, and ITR/turnover package standards.
• Experience in managing complex multi-technology sites, including solar, wind, BESS, and generation facilities.
• A decisive, systems-oriented leadership approach suited for high-pressure, multi-project execution environments.
