This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and deploy solutions for Oracle Integrations.

• Create and design integrations utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as FastFormula, HCM Extract, HDL, BIP, and SOAP/REST web services.

• Develop integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems using OIC.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to establish integration requirements and strategies.

• Define and execute integration best practices for Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and EBS.

• Participate in reviews of requirements, design, and development processes.

• Work alongside client resources to impart technical knowledge and offer best-practice recommendations.

• Ensure the quality of development deliverables through established testing methodologies.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer regarding Oracle solutions and integrations through meetings and presentations.

• Maintain documented procedural instructions for client handoffs.

• Report status updates to engagement management.

• Independently lead and deliver high-quality work on mid- to large-scale software development tasks.

• Oversee code reviews and unit testing on larger workstreams.

• Identify features and spearhead application, process, and solution design, development, unit testing, and validation.

• Mentor and guide members of the technical team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in report development.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.

• Overall, 7+ years of experience in the IT sector.

• Development experience with HCM systems, including Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and E-Business Suite.

• Proven experience in designing and developing complex integrations.

• Experience in creating OIC solutions using REST, SOAP, FBDI, and BI Publisher.

• Familiarity with developing customizations using Visual Builder and Process Builder is preferred.

• Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and endpoint configuration.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to proactively resolve conflicts and issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of commitment to exceed performance expectations.

• Proven ability to independently manage client expectations at a senior level.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is an advantage.
