HCM Lead, Core HR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a productive Oracle HCM environment with an emphasis on Core HR.

• Carry out functional issue analysis and resolve incidents.

• Configure and deploy minor changes as well as new features.

• Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues.

• Assist with Oracle Service Requests.

• Evaluate impacts from Oracle's quarterly releases.

• Support testing procedures and regression testing.

• Functionally triage and direct topics to other Oracle specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Core HR.

• Background in productive application support.

• Practical experience in bug resolution and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM configuration and enhancements.

• Experience with quarterly releases and testing processes.

• Confident communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle Help Desk.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle Service Requests.

• Nice-to-have: Previous experience as HCM Lead or Service Lead.
