HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver solutions utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and insights.

• Create deliverables to meet project specifications.

• Configure applications to align with client needs.

• Perform thorough testing to ensure quality and functionality.

• Provide guidance on best practices for business processes.

• Strategize deployment plans for successful implementation.

• Carry out deployments effectively.

• Offer support after go-live to address any issues.

• Set up HCM tables and define business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, covering Core HR and Benefits.

• Familiarity with key Oracle HCM Cloud processes that integrate with payroll, benefits, and absence management.

• Experience in Business Process Analysis.

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must possess U.S. work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
