HCM BI Publisher BIP, OTBI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate reporting needs from HR and business stakeholders.

• Create and implement reports and dashboards utilizing OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).

• Develop custom data models with SQL and design RTF and Excel templates.

• Generate and set up OTBI analyses, subject area queries, and dashboards.

• Produce reports for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits.

• Enhance report performance and address data and logic challenges.

• Assist with unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production-related issues.

• Draft technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation.

• Collaborate with technical and project teams to provide reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms.

• Participate in the development of Oracle cloud solutions, hybrid cloud application migrations, and global cloud application rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of pertinent consulting, industry, or technology experience.

• In-depth hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP): data models, templates, bursting, and scheduling.

• Strong practical knowledge of OTBI: subject areas, analyses, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with the Oracle Fusion HCM data model and its tables.

• Proficient SQL and PL/SQL skills.

• Experience with HCM Extracts.

• Understanding of Fusion security, roles, and data access.

• Established knowledge of the Oracle Cloud platform and its tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel if project needs arise.

• Comprehensive understanding of software implementation best practices.

• Ability to quickly adjust to a complex existing environment and learn new concepts and software.

• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team player with outstanding relationship management capabilities.

• Enthusiasm for building high-quality systems through software implementation.

• Knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Oracle Analytics is an advantage.

• Familiarity with OCI, REST/SOAP APIs, and APEX/VBCS is beneficial.

• Experience with multiple end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations.

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
