This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person Comprehensive Needs Assessments in compliance with DMAS, DBHDS, CARF, and SCCS regulations.

• Complete intake documentation, which includes Individual Service Plans, Initial Service Authorizations, Client Orientation Packets, and necessary legal documents.

• Execute clinical intakes and initial screenings to ascertain suitable levels of care.

• Develop diagnostic impressions and create preliminary treatment plans.

• Coordinate care with internal treatment teams and external providers as required.

• Engage in mandatory clinical training sessions.

• Ensure meticulous and compliant documentation in accordance with medical record and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active Virginia licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHP, or Licensed Psychologist) for candidates who are licensed.

• License-eligible candidates must be registered with the appropriate Virginia licensing board to accumulate supervised hours (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work).

• 1–2 years of pertinent clinical experience, including assessments, intakes, diagnostic formulation, and/or crisis intervention.

• Strong clinical writing abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments in a timely and compliant manner.

• Knowledge of Virginia behavioral health regulations and documentation standards.

• Ability to perform essential job functions independently or with reasonable accommodation.
