Haryanvi Dialect Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models focused on scenarios in the Haryanvi language.

• Assess models on various aspects including grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, pragmatics, verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variations.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the soundness of logic.

• Document reproducible error traces and identify failure modes of the models.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in creating high-quality training datasets for future AI developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Haryanvi language.

• Native-level proficiency in Haryanvi.

• Comprehensive, practical knowledge of Haryanvi grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Proficiency in verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variations.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively (“showing your work”).

• A bachelor's degree in Haryanvi language, linguistics, or a closely related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Considerable experience in teaching, translation, or community-oriented linguistic projects can compensate for the absence of a formal degree.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.

• Capability to work remotely.
