This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and ensure timely charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and care.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically justified.
• Offer ongoing care for women experiencing hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, chronic, and complex health issues.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.
• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health conditions, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in current clinical research.
• Proficient in navigating EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Prior experience in telehealth is advantageous.
