This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Complete all required training while adhering to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide education to patients on preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.
• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week of patient-facing duties, including consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Current national board certification in Gynecology.
• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.
• Experience in managing chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
• Possession of an active IMLC license or in the active pursuit of one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with compassion and clarity.
• Ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual setting.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.
• Proficient in EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
