Gujarati Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with language models focused on scenarios in the Gujarati language

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of responses

• Document reproducible error traces and outline model failure modes

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria

• Assist in the training and enhancement of AI language models tailored for Gujarati speakers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Gujarati language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics

• Capability to assess verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, regional dialects, idiomatic phrases, and the distinction between formal and informal language

• Strong, reflective communication skills with the ability to articulate thought processes

• A master’s degree or PhD in Gujarati language, linguistics, or a related discipline is preferred

• Experience in peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is advantageous

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet provided by the contractor
