Guest Experience Executive, English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming messages and respond to guests' inquiries swiftly and professionally.

• Interact with guests via inbound and outbound calls, following up on requests and questions.

• Address customer complaints through prompt, professional, and effective problem resolution.

• Offer precise information regarding Houst’s properties, policies, and procedures.

• Supervise reservations and bookings using company platforms.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.

• Adapt to diverse customer scenarios with flexibility and a positive attitude.

• Commit to working 5 days a week on rotating 8-hour shifts scheduled between 1:00 AM and 6:00 PM UK time, from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or business proficient in English, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Outstanding telephone etiquette, customer service skills, active listening, and effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Competent in using computers, especially CRM software and other digital platforms.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage difficult customer interactions professionally.

• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is advantageous.

• Prepared for remote work.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor in the Philippines.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace.

• A headset with a microphone and webcam.

• Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection, with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps.

• A laptop or desktop with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.

• Independent Contractor contract.

• Monthly compensation ranging from PHP 35,000 to PHP 37,000.
