This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage a queue of partner-related Salesforce requests, which includes data corrections, field modifications, reporting inquiries, and pipeline inconsistencies.

• Diagnose integration issues across PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce, resolving them internally.

• Assist with partner commission inquiries by verifying and rectifying foundational Salesforce data.

• Carry out extensive data cleanup, deduplication, and reconciliation initiatives.

• Oversee enrichment requests pertaining to customer, prospect, and partner records.

• Assess enrichment requirements, delegate sourcing to the data team, and upload validated data back into Salesforce.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Partnership and GTM stakeholders.

• Conduct analysis projects for GTM leadership, including tech stack consolidation, utilizing AI tools where applicable.

• Document workflows and suggest enhancements to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM/CRM Systems.

• Experience in CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates.

• Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Previous experience with integration/automation middleware (such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar) is highly preferred.

• Ability to interpret workflow scripts to identify failures is an advantage.

• Strong proactive communication skills, ability to ask clarifying questions, ownership of tickets, and management of multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with tools like PartnerStack, Gong, CauseIQ, Crossbeam, ZoomInfo, or Clay is a plus.
