GTM Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team of GTM engineers focused on marketing, sales, and platform initiatives.

• Recruit additional GTM engineers to enhance team capabilities.

• Establish engineering standards for version control, reviews, documentation, and the management of production workflows, agents, and integrations.

• Create and maintain team infrastructure, including agents and tools for assigning, tracking, and managing tasks.

• Collaborate with GTM planners on roadmap development, feasibility assessments, sequencing, and project staffing.

• Act as the representative of the team within the AI enablement engineering group.

• Guide the transition of GTM engineering prototypes into sustainable engineering ownership.

• Maintain relationships with technical vendors like Cargo.

• Stay actively involved in developing systems that enhance team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing or sales ops engineering, or internal tools, with substantial hands-on development.

• 2+ years of experience managing builders or technical roles, mentoring individuals into stronger positions.

• Proven experience in building AI agents, workflow tools (such as Cargo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, or comparable), APIs, webhooks, and Git.

• Expertise in establishing review, documentation, and rollback protocols for systems relied upon by others.

• Proficiency in marketing, sales, and customer success funnels.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and self-manage.

• High level of empathy.

• Strong knowledge of HubSpot, particularly workflows and APIs (preferred).

• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools (preferred).

• Experience with SQL and Snowflake (preferred).

• Background in establishing a GTM engineering or RevOps engineering team (preferred).

• Experience in usage-based or fintech GTM strategies (preferred).
