GTM Engineer, Fresh Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop the core system utilized by the go-to-market team, consolidating fragmented data, outreach, and communication frameworks.

• Model accounts, contacts, and buying committees within the CRM.

• Create automated pipelines to extract, deduplicate, score, and write data from various sources.

• Implement signal-based scoring and routing for outbound and inbound efforts, along with account alerts.

• Develop AI tools and agents for research, proposal creation, and CRM updates.

• Design the central GTM data architecture.

• Integrate tools via APIs and webhooks.

• Manage scheduled jobs, including error handling, monitoring, and alerting.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and document solutions.

• Report directly to the Head of GTM while collaborating with GTM, Sales, BDRs, and AEs.

• Enhance representative productivity, pipeline generation, and system reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline with a strong academic background.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience gained through a first full-time position or internships in a startup setting.

• Proficient in Python with practical experience using APIs and webhooks.

• Familiarity with version control (Git), scheduling, error and rate-limit management, logging, and debugging in a production environment.

• Strong systems thinking and comprehension of component dependencies.

• Practical experience with Claude, including Claude Code or the API; this is essential.

• Developed and launched real projects such as automation tools, scrapers, data pipelines, or internal applications.

• Independent, proactive, and adept at remote communication, particularly in writing.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in German is not mandatory.

• Preferred: Experience with SQL and data modeling, CRM tools, GTM applications like Clay, a data warehouse, or a cloud platform.
