GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create internal GTM tools, automations, and workflows.

• Integrate APIs across CRM, product, analytics, marketing, and outbound systems.

• Design AI-driven workflows and agents.

• Experiment with MCP servers, integrations, and AI tools.

• Enhance attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle operations.

• Facilitate rapid experimentation in acquisition and conversion strategies.

• Identify inefficiencies and address them through engineering solutions.

• Collaborate within the Engineering Team alongside Product, Marketing, and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of engineering experience.

• Strong enthusiasm for GTM, marketing, sales, and growth systems.

• Proficient with APIs, integrations, automations, and internal tooling.

• Builder mentality — favoring execution over excessive deliberation.

• Deep curiosity regarding AI workflows, agents, MCP ecosystems, and LLM-powered operations.

• Quick execution and experimentation orientation.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt rapidly.

• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native environments.

• Proficient with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or related programming languages.

• Experienced with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and integrations.

• Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, CRM systems, or GTM tools.

• Experience with AI workflows, orchestration systems, MCP servers, or agents.
