This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and enhance the revenue data platform, along with AI automation and workflows, which encompass CRM-to-warehouse synchronization, enrichment and scoring pipelines, as well as revenue forecasting systems.
• Manage, refine, and uphold the reliability of revenue data and AI processes.
• Oversee comprehensive revenue lifecycle systems management from initial contact through renewal and expansion, including demand capture, lead flow, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Establish an analytics infrastructure tailored for business decision-makers.
• Ensure that published figures are versioned and accompanied by explanations.
• Promote system adoption by tracking the usage of built systems by sales representatives.
• Detect revenue leakage, develop systems to address gaps, and possess both commercial insights and the AI systems that back revenue teams.
• Assume responsibility for, fortify, and extend existing production systems.
• Experience with LLM tooling from an engineering perspective, having built solutions where an LLM serves as a component in a pipeline, including the ability to explain how outputs were verified.
• Proficiency with coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agentic tools.
• A minimum of 5 years in GTM operations, sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ideally, experience in high-growth startups that have scaled from $10M to over $100M in ARR.
• Proficient in SQL, including joins and window functions.
• Competent in Git, including branches, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Practical experience with scripting and APIs using Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Ability to interpret API documentation, manage authentication, paginate responses, and handle rate limits.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including object model design, record-triggered flows, sharing, field-level security, and formula fields.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation, with a strong preference for Marketo, while also considering Pardot, Eloqua, or similar systems.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify stalled deals in data and articulate their business implications.
