GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven workflows that enhance prospecting, account research, lead routing, and sales efficiency.

• Establish and sustain automated enrichment pipelines utilizing firmographic, technographic, intent, and behavioral insights.

• Design and refine lead scoring, account prioritization, and routing strategies to enhance pipeline quality and speed of lead response.

• Integrate and automate workflows within Salesforce and the larger GTM technology ecosystem.

• Assess, prototype, and implement emerging AI tools, agents, and automation technologies to boost GTM effectiveness.

• Create experiments to evaluate the impact of new workflows, automation, and AI-enhanced processes.

• Develop dashboards and reports that offer insights into pipeline generation, conversion rates, and operational performance.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to uncover opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

• Continuously enhance GTM systems to minimize manual tasks, improve data integrity, and boost operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a comparable technical role.

• Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environment.

• Practical experience in building automation using tools like Clay, Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary GTM technology stacks.

• Hands-on experience applying AI, LLMs, or AI agents to automate business processes.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a constructive mindset.

• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience with enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, or equivalent tools.

• Experience in creating AI agents or autonomous workflows for business applications.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.

• Experience in designing experiments and measuring GTM performance through data analysis.
