This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the analytical framework for the lead-to-opportunity funnel, which encompasses the data model, metric definitions, source-of-truth logic, transformations, and dashboard architecture.
• Develop dependable reporting for volume, conversion, velocity, acceptance, aging, leakage, pipeline value, and target-account penetration across sources, campaigns, segments, personas, account tiers, channels, and owners.
• Assess the effectiveness of lead scoring, routing performance, outreach productivity, and handoff quality through cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis; convert insights into prioritized actions.
• Establish data-quality monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting quality assurance, enabling leaders to trust funnel insights and comprehend metric lineage.
• Formulate recurring early-pipeline forecasts and decision-ready performance narratives that highlight risks, opportunities, and suggested interventions.
• Design, construct, and manage production-ready AI workflows for account and contact research, enrichment, prioritization, personalization, qualification, routing quality assurance, SDR preparation, next-best actions, and performance analysis.
• Integrate AI capabilities with GTM systems and structured data using low-code tools, integrations, APIs, and agent-based platforms.
• Define prompts, structured outputs, evaluation criteria, exception handling, human-in-the-loop controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Implement governance measures for data security, permissions, transparency, and responsible usage while enhancing workflow performance.
• Identify automation prospects, quantify anticipated benefits, and assess improvements in conversion, speed, quality, and team capacity.
• Manage lead capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, grading, prioritization, routing, acceptance, recycling, and disqualification processes.
• Transform GTM policies into scalable Salesforce fields, validation rules, ownership logic, queues, automations, and service-level agreements.
• Enhance scoring and routing effectiveness by utilizing conversion outcomes, fit and intent signals, representative capacity, and territory guidelines.
• Establish qualification and handoff standards across Marketing, SDRs, and Account Executives.
• Operationalize ICP, segmentation, territory, and target-account strategies into quantifiable account and contact universes, coverage plans, and activation workflows.
• Administer and optimize tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Collaborate with SDR leadership to set capacity, activity, quality, and pipeline objectives while offering analytical coaching insights.
• Ensure that automated, inbound, and outbound interactions enter the funnel with precise ownership, context, qualification, and attribution.
• Act as an operational and analytical partner to Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and GTM Systems.
• Lead the gathering of requirements, process design, solution configuration, testing, release management, documentation, enablement, and adoption measurement.
• Propel alignment on lifecycle definitions, service levels, data standards, and prioritization.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, or a comparable technical GTM role within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• Advanced analytical skills, including experience in designing data models, metric definitions, dashboard architecture, and scalable reporting infrastructure for operational and executive decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, covering data modeling, process design, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data-quality governance.
• Proven track record in building and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows using low-code tools, integrations, APIs, or agent-based platforms.
• Familiarity with AI workflow design, including prompt design, structured outputs, testing and evaluation, monitoring, exception handling, and human oversight.
• Practical experience in administering or optimizing a sales engagement platform such as Salesloft or Outreach.
• Experience in designing lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, qualification, SDR, and early-stage pipeline processes.
• Ability to merge quantitative analysis with commercial judgment, communicate clear recommendations, and influence cross-functional leaders.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, and change management.
• Preferred: Experience with tools such as Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Preferred: Experience with SQL, BI tools, data transformation, reverse ETL, or warehouse-based reporting.
• Preferred: Experience in building GTM applications, internal tools, or agents in a GTM Engineer capacity.
• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise account-based or target-account motions, particularly in identity verification, fraud, cybersecurity, or financial services technology.
