This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the HubSpot instance from start to finish across various portals, encompassing object models, lifecycle stages, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, forms, integrations, and marketing contact economics.

• Resolve duplicate records, phase out outdated workflows, audit installed applications, and ensure consent and deliverability are maintained.

• Establish funnel stages and go-to-market metrics for Clasp Talent and Clasp Finance.

• Uphold pipeline and data cleanliness through automation processes.

• Implement territory management, segmentation, ideal customer profile logic, routing, service level agreements, and lifecycle transitions within the CRM.

• Develop infrastructure for lead and account scoring, as well as quota and compensation tracking.

• Create enrichment and data waterfalls, signal-based strategies, automated research, and personalized approaches.

• Design lifecycle campaigns triggered by user behavior.

• Oversee the entire student funnel and address issues related to applicant drop-off.

• Construct and manage landing pages, HubSpot CMS modules, and forms.

• Build and maintain API, webhook, and OAuth integrations connecting HubSpot, the product, and third-party services.

• Design reliable data flows with validation, observability, consent management, access controls, and mechanisms for failure recovery.

• Collaborate with the data team to provide clean, reportable HubSpot data to Snowflake and AI analytics agents.

• Develop automation for AI enrichment, research, deal-desk functions, and self-service reporting.

• Plan and execute CRM modifications without compromising historical reporting or team trust.

• Communicate changes, foster adoption, and keep records of changes made.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.

• Manage projects from discovery and design to implementation, testing, launch, and post-launch support.

• Document architecture, CRM configurations, integrations, and operational runbooks.

• Provide training and support to internal teams.

• Measure and enhance conversion rates across both funnels, monitor production diagnostics, and quantify the impact of initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, go-to-market engineering, or an analytics role within revenue, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.

• Proven ability to build revenue infrastructure from the ground up.

• Experience working in regulated industries, such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or similar fields.

• A successful history of implementing significant CRM changes in a live revenue environment without disrupting reporting.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including custom objects and properties, workflows, custom code actions, forms, CMS modules, CRM and Marketing APIs, complex associations, and marketing contact economics.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable reasoning about data models.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data mapping, and reliable system synchronization.

• Scripting skills to automate repetitive tasks.

• Exposure to data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Snowflake or dbt is highly beneficial.

• Experience applying LLM tooling for enrichment, scoring, research, or go-to-market analytics is a significant plus.

• Background in lending, fintech, or other high-volume consumer funnels is advantageous.

• Experience with both consumer funnel work and enterprise B2B pipeline work is a bonus.

• Familiarity with multi-product or multi-motion companies is a plus.
