GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain Clay workflows for enrichment, orchestration, waterfall logic, outbound, and signal infrastructure.

• Take responsibility for the implementation of the comprehensive outbound stack, encompassing data providers, dialers, intent data, and agents.

• Collaborate with OpCo RevOps Leaders to define and prioritize sprint tasks within a portfolio-wide roadmap.

• Create prototypes and produce AI/agentic GTM workflows in collaboration with the ASG Engineering team.

• Set up reporting linked to the Bowtie Data Model to showcase OpCo engagement outcomes.

• Record processes and contribute to a portfolio-wide playbook and skills repository.

• Engage with the ASG RevOps Community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Clay, including tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences, and MCP integrations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot functionalities.

• Capability to manage CRM integration points effectively.

• Proactive assessment and implementation of new AI tools and models.

• Proven experience leading initiatives with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and C-Suite executives.

• Prior GTM experience spanning more than two industries.

• Awareness of GTM variances for SMB, Mid-Market, and Lower Enterprise sales strategies.

• Background with deals ranging from $5k–$75k ACV.

• Experience with organizations ranging from $5M–$30M ARR.

• Experience in Vertical SaaS is advantageous.
