This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee budget and forecasting cycles for the Growth Team in alignment with AMC's annual schedule.

• Execute monthly financial reporting and analysis.

• Manage weekly updates on metrics, encompassing KPI results and market insights.

• Provide support for financial reporting, expense categorization, and record-keeping for the Growth Team and CGO.

• Gather and coordinate KPI results for significant campaigns, which includes mid-campaign updates and post-mortem evaluations.

• Document insights from campaigns to inform future initiatives.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of projects, tasks, and deadlines across departments within the Growth Team.

• Capture, define, prioritize, and delegate requests from the Growth Team.

• Assist in refining Airtable workflows and structures.

• Oversee and revise internal team processes to enhance project management and deliverables.

• Organize and facilitate recurring monthly meetings for strategic updates, project highlights, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI reporting.

• Aid in the organization of bi-annual in-person events for the Growth Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

• Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization and across departments.

• Comfortable with learning and managing tools such as Airtable, project management software, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

• Capable of handling multiple priorities, deadlines, details, budgets, financial data, KPIs, and reporting.

• Dedication to outdoor recreation, conservation, and creating positive experiences for members, volunteers, and supporters.
