📋 Description

• Oversee several high-profile, impactful strategy initiatives.

• Conduct interviews and facilitate working sessions with leaders in Enterprise Growth and throughout the larger organization.

• Direct teams performing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.

• Extract and summarize analytical insights for Humana.

• Produce high-quality analyses and deliverables that outline objectives, issues, and challenges.

• Present insightful findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders across the organization.

• Break down issues and challenges for better understanding.

• Execute targeted research and analysis.

• Develop logical solutions and recommendations.

• Shape considerations for implementation.

• Partner with business owners to move analysis into actionable execution.

• Integrate strategic options into a unified plan to enhance growth and profitability.

• Lead essential meetings, guide diverse groups towards consensus, and exercise influence effectively.

• Assist in the development of Medicare Advantage strategy and its strategic integration within the Growth organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic achievements.

• 6-8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.

• Proven leadership record.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to perform intricate quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain trust quickly with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.

• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing junior staff.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional development.

• Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to ensure the protection of member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Self-supplied internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Preferred: MBA, MPH, PhD, or a graduate degree in management.

• Preferred: Experience in managed care and/or healthcare services.
