Growth Strategy Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee various high-profile and impactful strategy initiatives.

• Conduct interviews and facilitate working sessions with leaders in Enterprise Growth and throughout the wider organization.

• Lead teams in performing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.

• Extract and summarize analytical insights for Humana.

• Develop high-quality analyses and deliverables that define objectives, issues, and challenges.

• Present insightful findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders across the organization.

• Manage small teams to address issues and challenges effectively.

• Execute targeted research and analysis.

• Formulate logical solutions and recommendations.

• Shape implementation strategies and guide analysis into execution with business owners.

• Integrate strategic options into a unified plan to enhance growth and profitability.

• Facilitate essential meetings, reach consensus among diverse groups, and lead through influence.

• Work closely with subject matter experts, members of the executive Management Team, and corporate, functional, and business unit leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with exceptional academic achievements.

• 6-8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Competence in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented work style.

• Proven track record in mentoring and developing junior staff members.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional development.

• Designated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

• For remote or hybrid work, internet service must have a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Preferred qualifications: MBA, MPH, PhD, or an advanced degree in a management-related field.

• Preferred experience in managed care and/or healthcare services.
