This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage the entire deal lifecycle from qualification through to closure for intricate, multi-tower, multi-million dollar agreements.
• Shape prospects and lead negotiations with high-level executives, including C-suite officers.
• Formulate pricing and commercial strategies leveraging insights from pricing specialists.
• Develop persuasive propositions for Core and Strategic accounts customized to market needs and client demands.
• Work closely with internal teams to collect documentation and technical solutions for bid submissions.
• Define successful propositions and oversee comprehensive responses for complex deals.
• Spearhead contract negotiations to achieve profitable results for both Kyndryl and its clients.
• Assist both new and existing clients while connecting internal teams with customer organizations.
• Compile, enhance, and take ownership of final proposal documents.
• Deliver technical content and designs in a professional and succinct manner.
• Establish reporting and governance frameworks to track deal success.
• Standardize presentations across a varied portfolio of industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Consultant Growth Squad Leader and the team.
• Identify and secure specialized personnel and resources for team initiatives or campaigns.
• Ensure optimal utilization of enterprise capabilities and assemble the right skill sets for each initiative.
• Collaborate with pursuit leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
• Significant experience in a strategic technology role, translating business needs, developing strategic options, and driving the design and execution of large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships and influence collaboration at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Capability to partner across business and shared services to prioritize immediate and future needs for a competitive business reflecting the new operational model.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Strong talent mobilization and resource orchestration abilities.
• In-depth understanding of specialized capabilities within the organization.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to facilitate successful pursuits.
• Expertise in Data and AI technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (preferred).
