This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the web funnel, which includes landing pages, paywalls, checkout processes, and subscription flows.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests from start to finish, covering hypothesis formulation, setup, statistical significance assessment, and rollout.
• Create and manage a hypothesis backlog while prioritizing tests based on anticipated impact.
• Enhance pricing strategies, paywalls, and subscription offerings, including trials, plans, and upselling options.
• Work closely with acquisition teams to ensure funnel modifications are in sync with traffic sources and campaign strategies.
• Monitor funnel metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, and churn rates.
• Provide reports on testing outcomes.
• Operate asynchronously and communicate effectively in writing across various time zones.
• Over 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization for web products or funnels.
• Practical experience in A/B testing related to web payments and subscriptions, including checkout, billing, trials, and renewals.
• In-depth knowledge of traffic sources and paid acquisition strategies, particularly Google Ads and Meta.
• A demonstrated history of generating hypotheses and successfully implementing winning tests.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with funnel metrics and fundamental statistical concepts, including sample size and significance.
• Experience working collaboratively with development teams.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Comfort with taking ownership, being transparent, and maintaining a results-oriented approach.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
• Availability within a ±4 hour window of the Central European Time (CET) zone.
• Preferred: experience with subscription applications, SaaS, consumer web products, payment providers like Stripe or Paddle, and business intelligence tools.
