Growth Operations Manager – RWA Perpetual Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement growth strategies for RWA perpetual products, which encompass U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, and high-volatility stocks.

• Enhance first-trade conversion rates, the number of active traders, trading frequency, trading volume, user retention, and fee revenue.

• Design and refine user journeys from registration and deposit to their first trade, repeat trading, and high-frequency trading.

• Create and manage trading campaigns, including initiatives for first-trade rewards, trading competitions, volume leaderboards, PnL and ROI rankings, fee rebates, points and missions, as well as referral/KOL squad campaigns.

• Develop unique incentive mechanisms tailored for different user segments and market conditions.

• Optimize campaign ROI while maintaining a balance between user growth, incentives, and overall platform profitability.

• Monitor significant market events, such as U.S. earnings seasons, ETF and index fluctuations, developments in AI and semiconductor sectors, meme stocks, and broader macroeconomic occurrences.

• Transform market trends into trading campaigns, leaderboards, missions, community engagement, and user activation strategies.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance trading entry points, campaign pages, leaderboards, task systems, referral programs, and user growth funnels.

• Improve conversion rates throughout the trading lifecycle, from initial acquisition to repeat trading.

• Track and analyze growth metrics, campaign engagement, user retention, and fee contributions.

• Assess campaign effectiveness across various products, user segments, and acquisition channels to refine growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Trading Operations, or Growth Marketing within cryptocurrency exchanges, online brokerages, FinTech, CFD, Forex, Futures, Options, or derivatives platforms.

• Proven experience in designing and executing trading growth campaigns, referral programs, rebates, leaderboards, trading competitions, or loyalty initiatives.

• Strong grasp of short-term trading, leveraged trading, long/short strategies, and event-driven trading practices.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance conversion rates throughout the user lifecycle, including first trades, repeat trading, and user retention.

• Strong analytical abilities, with experience leveraging data to optimize growth performance and campaign ROI.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and execution.

• Familiarity with U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, AI stocks, semiconductor stocks, meme stocks, and macro-driven trading opportunities is preferred.

• Experience with crypto derivatives, perpetual futures, or Web3 trading platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of RWA, Perp DEXs, or on-chain trading ecosystems is preferred.

• A passion for cryptocurrency markets and digital asset trading is preferred.

• Candidates with a background in listed online brokerages, leveraged trading platforms, crypto exchanges, and derivatives platforms are highly preferred.
