This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategize, implement, and continually enhance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Take ownership of Business Development Representative (BDR) programs.
• Oversee customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Implement account-based campaigns and communications for customer success.
• Create growth strategies focusing on cross-selling, upselling, renewals, reactivation, and customer engagement.
• Design and execute integrated marketing programs that support BDR pipeline generation and strategic sales objectives.
• Conduct ABM programs targeting strategic prospects and existing clientele.
• Track campaign performance and enhance the effectiveness of programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to pinpoint and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline activities, campaign results, customer engagement levels, and program ROI.
• Create reports and provide recommendations for data-informed decision making.
• Utilize Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Power BI, and AI technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product teams, and strategic partners on integrated growth initiatives.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the Marketing organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or program management.
• Proven ability to develop programs that drive pipeline growth, customer retention, and revenue increases.
• Exceptional communication skills in both French and English.
• Regular engagement with colleagues, suppliers, and customers outside of Quebec, both nationally and internationally.
• Preferred technical expertise with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Preferred technical knowledge of Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Preferred technical experience with Power BI.
• Preferred technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred experience with Generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Background in engineering, industrial technology, or manufacturing is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities.
