Growth Marketing Manager – Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish growth targets in collaboration with Reedsy’s management team.

• Initiate referral campaigns and enhance user advocacy within Reedsy’s ecosystem.

• Expand the top of the funnel through affiliates, influencers, brand partnerships, and publication collaborations.

• Develop captivating social media content alongside the content team.

• Coordinate events.

• Investigate new audiences and innovative community growth strategies.

• Increase Studio’s monthly active users into the millions, establishing it as a vital app for authors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in growth or product marketing within a dynamic startup environment.

• Understanding of the writing craft through personal experience or academic study.

• Proven experience in creating branded content for social media and emails.

• Proficiency in mobile video production and editing.

• Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data.

• Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).

• Experience developing a personal creative project (a plus).

• A strong ambition, eagerness to learn, and a good sense of humor (a plus).
