This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Develop, implement, and enhance paid search strategies aimed at generating qualified leads and fostering measurable business growth.
• Take ownership of paid search campaigns from initial planning to reporting, encompassing account structure, keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, testing, and continuous optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending pace, and enhance return on ad spend along with cost per qualified lead.
• Create performance reports that link campaign activities to leads, pipeline, revenue, and client objectives.
• Identify campaign performance issues and uncover opportunities across targeting, messaging, landing pages, offers, and conversion pathways.
• Formulate and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion rates.
• Conduct research on keywords, competitors, technical aspects, and content gaps.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to plan and create search-optimized content.
• Write, edit, and optimize marketing materials, including landing pages, articles, campaign messages, headlines, calls to action, and lead-generation assets.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Establish a conversion-rate optimization practice across Mile6 and client projects.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for landing-page copy, headlines, calls to action, forms, offers, page structures, and other conversion elements.
• Formulate testing hypotheses, define success metrics, document results, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Work with design and development teams to create and enhance landing pages and digital conversion experiences.
• Ensure the accurate implementation of analytics, advertising pixels, conversion events, and campaign tracking.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to gain insights into visitor behavior and pinpoint friction points throughout the lead journey.
• Engage directly with clients to comprehend their businesses, audiences, sales processes, goals, and definitions of qualified leads.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding performance, insights, recommendations, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Growth, Strategy, Product, Design, and Development teams.
• Assist in new business opportunities through marketing audits, proposals, estimates, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Enhance internal marketing processes, templates, documentation, reporting, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on search platforms, SEO, analytics, privacy expectations, AI-assisted marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Thoughtfully employ AI tools for research, analysis, content development, experimentation, and campaign operations while ensuring accuracy, originality, and human judgment.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in managing paid search campaigns, especially with Google Ads and Social Media.
• Proven track record of increasing qualified lead volume, decreasing cost per acquisition, improving conversion rates, and enhancing return on advertising investment.
• Strong grasp of keyword strategy, campaign structure, bidding, budget management, audience targeting, ad testing, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• In-depth working knowledge of SEO, including content strategy, on-page optimization, keyword research, search intent, internal linking, and fundamental technical SEO.
• Experience in developing and optimizing content that aligns with search visibility and business objectives.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, particularly in crafting concise, persuasive headlines, advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action.
• Background in landing-page optimization, conversion-rate optimization, or structured marketing experimentation.
• Ability to translate data and user behavior into clear hypotheses, recommendations, and priorities.
• Familiarity with analytics, tag management, search reporting, heat-mapping, session-recording, or A/B testing platforms.
• Capability to clearly explain marketing performance to clients and teammates with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and priorities.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to working alongside strategists, designers, developers, sales professionals, and client stakeholders.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a readiness to question assumptions and continually enhance work processes.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Experience marketing B2B services, SaaS products, digital products, or navigating complex buying journeys.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, or other performance channels.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Data Studio, and call-tracking platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, lead scoring, or revenue attribution.
• Working knowledge of HTML, content management systems, and landing-page builders.
• Experience using VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, or Lucky Orange.
• Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or conversion optimization.
