Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of EVgo's business listings on Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, PlugShare, Uberall, and other discovery platforms.

• Address discrepancies in operational hours, status, amenities, and location information.

• Handle updates for listings related to site launches, temporary closures, and reopenings.

• Collaborate with site operations and development partners to verify status prior to publication.

• Create and uphold standards for listings, along with checklists and audit procedures.

• Produce and enhance listing content, which includes business descriptions, details about amenities, upcoming announcements, and site news.

• Assist with marketing content by drafting and refining written material, adapting assets, and preparing content for campaigns across email, social media, web, and in-app channels.

• Evaluate content and asset requests for completeness and quality before distribution.

• Contribute to seasonal campaigns by managing and tracking marketing projects.

• Maintain timelines, provide status updates, and follow up across different teams.

• Create recurring reports and extract data on listing performance.

• Analyze trends and identify gaps for the team.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in listings management, digital marketing, or marketing program coordination, or equivalent work experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with content or asset quality assurance workflows.

• Interest or experience in AI tools that enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Equivalent technical education or training in a relevant field is acceptable in lieu of a formal degree, including certification programs, pertinent coursework, or proven on-the-job experience.

• Strong skills in written communication and editing.

• Experience using project tracking tools such as Monday.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for team or cross-functional meetings.
