Growth & Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers that facilitate qualified B2B discussions

• Convert intricate technical ideas into engaging LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page text, and visual materials

• Leverage advanced AI tools and automation for research, copywriting, and content creation

• Develop and refine assets utilizing WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads

• Track essential KPIs and collaborate with leadership to enhance qualified leads and revenue

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation (experience in B2B, tech, SaaS, or agencies is highly advantageous)

• Possess a strong hands-on approach: capable of crafting compelling copy, adjusting landing pages, and independently launching digital campaigns

• Practical daily experience with integrating contemporary AI tools and workflows to expedite execution

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• High level of autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset

• A resume and a link to a portfolio or relevant work samples are mandatory
