• Take charge of supply acquisition for the platform.

• Increase the influx of qualified and relevant candidates to the platform.

• Enhance and scale current acquisition channels.

• Identify and develop new acquisition channels.

• Create funnels and automation processes that can scale without requiring additional personnel.

• Background in growth marketing with a successful history of achieving significant user and revenue growth.

• Experience with a diverse range of acquisition channels, including inbound, outbound, communities, and influencers.

• Strong proficiency in analytics tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing methodologies.

• Proven ability to independently drive growth initiatives.
