This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive and implement strategies for membership growth at both regional and chapter levels throughout South Asia and APAC.
• Customize and execute localized recruitment initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Enhance chapter growth using data-driven analytics and monitor relevant growth metrics.
• Organize and facilitate recruitment events, implement growth models, manage campaigns, and support new chapter launches.
• Collaborate with member leaders, Growth Directors, Growth Experts, Membership Experts, Membership Chairs, chapter staff, and regional teams.
• Oversee the onboarding and transition processes for new Growth Directors and Membership Experts, including 90-day ramp-up plans.
• Assist in developing prioritized market and chapter-launch business cases, co-investment plans, and operational recommendations.
• Identify chapters at risk and formulate sustainability and stabilization growth plans.
• Manage systems, reporting, documentation, action-item follow-through, and accountability for growth progress.
• Provide recruitment experts with updated tools, templates, and onboarding materials.
• Monitor recruitment red flags, training needs, operational obstacles, prospect journey health, and application pipelines.
• Oversee the onboarding of Membership Chairs, including yearly checklists, role orientation, and transition support.
• Support chapter recruitment initiatives, market segmentation, feeder programs, and tailored recruitment and launch activities.
• Administer the application process for new applicants and integrate new chapters into global and regional support systems.
• Track regional growth targets and investment plans while executing strategies to enhance mega chapters.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the nonprofit sector.
• Liaise with MFDs for accountability, support, and sharing of best practices.
• Generate and disseminate reports for the growth team.
• Lead and participate in recruitment and launch events.
• Optimize technological capabilities that support recruitment efforts.
• Collect and analyze investment plans while supporting Growth Portfolio priorities, chapter launches, recruitment campaigns, and regional growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating a successful project delivery history.
• Preferred experience with entrepreneurial incubators, accelerators, or non-profit organizations.
• Preferred background in event management, including program budget handling and marketing coordination.
• Capability to engage with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other relevant tools and technologies.
• A collaborative self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and evolve in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort and proficiency in working across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience utilizing data analytics to drive growth and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support regional and chapter growth initiatives.
• Availability to participate in occasional early morning or evening meetings across time zones.
