This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
β’ Take ownership of the EEA growth campaign engine, managing Affiliate, Listing, Trade & Earn, and New Product Launch campaigns.
β’ Oversee the coordination and execution of campaigns from initial concept through to launch, measurement, and post-campaign reflection.
β’ Collaborate with creative, media, lifecycle, business development (BD), key opinion leader (KOL) operations, product marketing, and legal teams.
β’ Execute affiliate activation campaigns in partnership with BD and BD Operations.
β’ Launch new token listing campaigns within 24 hours of listing decisions, coordinating with the Listing PM, legal team, communications, BD/KOL Ops, and exchange operations.
β’ Develop Trade & Earn campaigns that utilize volume incentives, leaderboards, and zero-fee promotions, focusing on clear unit economics and incremental growth.
β’ Coordinate product and feature launch campaigns alongside product marketing, product, social media, and lifecycle teams.
β’ Convert stakeholder requests into actionable campaign briefs.
β’ Create campaign plans that include gates, dependencies, owners, and timelines; ensure stakeholders are held accountable.
β’ Establish success metrics in collaboration with analytics, conduct holdouts when feasible, lead reflection sessions within seven days post-campaign, and publish reusable insights.
β’ Navigate MiCA and MiFID II regulations with legal input, identify risks early, and propose alternative solutions.
β’ Localize global playbooks for EEA markets and communicate EEA-originated successes to global campaigns.
β’ A total of four to seven years of experience, with a minimum of two years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier 1 regulated crypto exchange (such as Binance, Kraken, Bitpanda, Coinbase, or similar).
β’ Successfully launched at least 10 campaigns with specific metrics attached.
β’ Proficiency in English and either German, French, or Dutch.
β’ Practical understanding of EEA regulatory dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II; experience executing campaigns under regulatory scrutiny.
β’ Excellent brief-writing capabilities.
β’ Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities, effective across both senior and peer levels.
β’ Analytical skills, including the ability to read campaign dashboards, identify attribution challenges, scrutinize analytics, and present findings to leadership.
β’ Financial acumen related to budget management, including understanding customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, return on ad spend (ROAS), incremental volume, and lifetime value (LTV).
β’ Experience in the crypto space, including trading, using wallets, and knowledge of token listings and exchange campaigns.
β’ Detail-oriented with the capacity to catch errors, such as incorrect token contract addresses.
β’ Ability to operate at the pace necessary for campaigns to be executed within hours of news events.
