This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide mentorship and guidance to aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs at Nivetha E-Academy.

• Serve as a liaison between students and the academy.

• Help students establish a strong rapport with the academy team.

• Oversee and interact with a designated group of 100 students.

• Monitor student development and tackle challenges through live calls.

• Share valuable insights on sales enhancement, inventory control, and business optimization.

• Promote a supportive community that fosters networking and collaboration.

• Offer flexible remote mentoring and assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, sales techniques, and inventory management.

• Capability to guide and inspire students to remain focused and reach their objectives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in online sales or e-commerce management is advantageous.

• Proficient in using Zoom, WhatsApp, and various learning platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple students while providing timely assistance.

• Commitment to consistently dedicating time to mentor and support students.
