This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead business development initiatives throughout the AMER region, focusing on identifying and securing new hotel, parking, and travel distribution partners.
β’ Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to enhance revenue growth objectives.
β’ Expand existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling of CAVU's products and services.
β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners via regular engagement, meetings, and strategic account management.
β’ Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and successful integration onto CAVU platforms.
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners to uncover opportunities, assess performance, and support future growth strategies.
β’ Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure partner success.
β’ Leverage CRM systems to oversee sales activities, ensure accurate pipeline reporting, and monitor account performance.
β’ Evaluate partner performance data and offer recommendations to enhance commercial outcomes.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights, guidance, and support to maximize the value derived from CAVU's solutions.
β’ Report directly to the Head of Growth.
β’ Assist in positioning CAVU as the preferred marketplace partner within the off-airport travel sector.
β’ Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, account management, or sales.
β’ Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales or revenue targets.
β’ Experience in developing and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
β’ Strong commercial insight with the capacity to identify growth opportunities and transform them into revenue.
β’ Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
β’ Proven success in upselling and cross-selling products or services.
β’ Experience managing lengthy sales cycles and intricate partner relationships.
β’ Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel within the United States on a quarterly basis.
