Growth Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisement designs for Meta, Google, and various other paid platforms at scale and with high quality.

• Contribute innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions and help shape concepts, angles, and testing strategies.

• Collaborate with the growth team to make adjustments to copy and headlines.

• Develop variations across hooks, layouts, formats, and target audiences for testing purposes.

• Adapt successful concepts for use across feeds, stories, and various display placements and sizes.

• Quickly iterate based on performance metrics.

• Work in tandem with growth and brand teams to ensure consistency with Superpower's visual identity.

• Create and maintain a library of ad templates and components.

• Assist Superpower, a health system dedicated to enhancing and prolonging human life, in scaling its paid growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in performance creative, marketing design, or paid social design, whether at a startup, agency, or in-house team.

• A portfolio showcasing static ads that exemplify strong visual craftsmanship and a distinct perspective.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• A solid understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy.

• Comfort with data-driven design and the ability to balance creative aspirations with conversion performance.

• Capability to produce high-quality work efficiently.

• Strong judgment in copy and a clear understanding of effective advertisement concepts.

• A collaborative and straightforward working style in a fast-paced, feedback-oriented environment.

• Preferred: experience with health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer brands.

• Preferred: experience with A/B testing and optimizing performance creative.

• Preferred: skills in photography direction or editing.

• Preferred: familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative analytics tools like Motion.
