Growth and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Lead or assist with Growth initiatives, including relocations, refreshes, closures, facilities projects, process enhancements, and strategic endeavors.

• Convert priorities into actionable project plans, assign responsibilities, establish timelines, and define deliverables.

• Create standardized tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and scalable processes.

• Supervise the operational workflow for Greenfield clinic openings from the planning phase to the grand opening.

• Facilitate regular Greenfield meetings, monitor milestones and action items, and address risks or delays.

• Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, Construction, Marketing, Finance, IT, Recruiting, and other stakeholders.

• Provide daily oversight of Facilities operations across the clinic network.

• Evaluate Facilities service levels, address escalations, manage spending, track recurring issues, and identify service trends.

• Enhance ticketing, communication, issue resolution, vendor management, and Facilities processes.

• Utilize Facilities data to facilitate relocations, refreshes, closures, and capital planning.

• Assess project performance against timelines, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.

• Document best practices and promote a scalable Growth operating framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple complex projects, navigate competing priorities, adhere to timelines, and engage cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable leading meetings, fostering accountability, and influencing without direct authority.

• Proactive, adaptable, and action-oriented, with the capacity to transform broad goals into specific, actionable plans.

• Experience in healthcare, retail, construction, facilities management, new site openings, or multi-location organizations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM platforms is preferred.
