Group Reservation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Efficiently manage group reservations with accuracy and promptness.

• Identify and secure group accommodation options and supplementary services as per requests.

• Engage with clients to grasp their travel preferences and requirements.

• Accept and manage inquiries for hotels, various accommodation options, transport services, and group tours globally.

• Negotiate and cultivate relationships with hotels and other service providers to obtain advantageous rates and terms.

• Develop tailored travel itineraries that align with clients' interests and financial plans.

• Swiftly address and resolve issues related to group bookings and client grievances.

• Offer partner assistance for cancellations, modifications, relocations, and other post-booking matters.

• Supervise documentation processes.

• Incorporate technology into the reservation workflows.

• Execute reporting and data analysis tasks.

• Prepare for emergency response situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in group travel management, concierge services, TMC, DMC, or tour operator environments.

• Familiarity with hotel networks in the Russian Federation and popular travel destinations.

• Strong skills in negotiation and vendor management.

• Comprehensive understanding of travel-related regulations and compliance standards.

• Proficient in travel management software and tools.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).

• Capability to perform under significant workload.
