
Group Product Manager – Sequoia Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the strategy, outcomes, and comprehensive roadmap for the Sequoia Expansion portfolio.
• Balance customer value, business impact, technical investment, risk, and organizational capacity across various initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts by setting expectations, providing coaching, offering feedback, and promoting greater ownership.
• Lead complex or high-risk projects in a player-coach capacity and make portfolio-level trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Underwriting, Operations, Data Science, Data Management, and Program Management teams.
• Develop a scalable expansion model that translates regional regulations and operational requirements into production-ready capabilities.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, estimate impact, prioritize investments, and assess post-launch outcomes.
• Set portfolio goals, leading indicators, and criteria for launch readiness.
• Represent the portfolio during planning, staffing, and prioritization discussions.
• Elevate product management standards through outcome-focused planning, discovery, evidence-based decision-making, and clear product documentation.
• Over 10 years of experience in software or technology product management, or an equivalent combination of experience with demonstrated impact.
• Proven experience owning complex products, platforms, or portfolios.
• A successful track record in leading a portfolio of interconnected products or initiatives.
• Experience in managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Strong player-coach judgment.
• History of delivering enterprise software, workflow, data, automation, or AI-enabled products.
• Strong data fluency and experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, domain-heavy problems and convert complex business and operational needs into product direction.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in title production, mortgage, real estate, insurance, fintech, or other regulated and operationally complex domains is preferred.
• Experience scaling products across different geographies, business units, customer segments, or varying regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and AI-driven development practices is preferred.
