Group Product Manager, Product Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Managers focused on developing intricate, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with customers to pinpoint the right challenges and use cases that deliver clear ROI, establishing success metrics prior to development.

• Navigate opportunities in highly uncertain environments where requirements may be vague.

• Oversee the delivery of innovative solutions from inception to production, making decisions regarding product trade-offs in terms of speed, stability, and scope.

• Manage a portfolio of solutions for one or more enterprise clients and establish priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Assist Product Managers in prioritizing tasks, making trade-offs, and facilitating product implementations and solutions.

• Strike a balance between rapid execution and long-term quality, reusability, and product strategy.

• Recognize patterns across solutions and advocate for reusability and productization in collaboration with the Platform team.

• Mentor and nurture Product Managers, enhancing their product judgment and overall effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with complex systems and enterprise clients, adept at managing competing needs and constraints (required).

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role for Product Managers, within high-growth or complex settings.

• Proven ability to manage talented Product Managers, guiding direction while fostering ownership and independent decision-making.

• Capability to thrive in ambiguous situations, articulate problems, and lead teams to deliver new solutions from initial stages to production.

• A strong history of driving products or systems from concept to tangible impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, collaborating closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
