This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture Product Managers across various domains including Financial Systems, People Systems, Sales & Entitlements, Billing & Monetization, Enterprise Systems Data, and AI & Automation.
• Define and refine the product-management operating model for Corporate Systems.
• Develop a unified portfolio strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership on product and technical strategies, investments, reliability, scalability, security, technical debt, and sustainability.
• Drive prioritization and investment decisions at the portfolio level.
• Identify and oversee dependencies across different business domains and systems.
• Mentor Product Managers on customer insights, business processes, systems, data flows, and technical constraints.
• Elevate the technical and systems knowledge within the Product Management organization.
• Ensure strategies and roadmaps are based on measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
• Create clarity in ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
• Transform senior business priorities into technological capabilities and investment strategies.
• Lead product strategy for pricing and monetization, enterprise AI, ERP and billing modernization, data governance, and automation transformations.
• Establish mechanisms for portfolio planning, roadmap reviews, product health assessments, dependency management, and executive communication.
• Advocate for data-informed product management and the measurement of outcomes.
• Enhance collaboration between Product and Engineering from the discovery phase through continuous improvement.
• Communicate strategy, investments, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
• Cultivate relationships across Product Engineering, Finance, People & Culture, Sales/GTM, Data, Security, and other departments.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, career advancement, and capability development.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Systems, or related fields, including considerable ownership of complex enterprise or platform products.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading, managing, or formally mentoring Product Managers.
• Proven experience in owning or supervising a portfolio of interconnected products, platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Strong foundation in product management principles, including customer discovery, problem definition, product strategy, roadmap creation, prioritization, requirements gathering, metrics, and outcome measurement.
• Solid technical and systems fluency, encompassing APIs, integrations, data flows, system boundaries, platform architecture, automation, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience in closely collaborating with Engineering leadership to shape technical strategies and scalable platform capabilities.
• Capacity to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that span multiple systems, business functions, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and business processes in Finance, Sales/GTM, HR/People, billing, monetization, data, or automation.
• Ability to differentiate between customer problems and requested solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with considerations regarding reliability, security, compliance, data integrity, and operational continuity.
• Capability to operate effectively across both strategy and execution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with SaaS business models, enterprise AI, usage-based monetization, enterprise data, or large-scale business-system transformations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An advanced degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
